Top 5 Beaches to Visit in Goa
Sea, surf, sand,and nightlife. If these are

Baga Beach

Chapora Beach

other Goan beaches is one of the havens for crowds. Apart from the beach

year, however, October to June, till the arrival of monssons is considered the
best time. The place also boasts of boat making and fishing tradition which

Candolim Beach
The beach certainly boasts of a historic
past. Apart from the sea and the beach there Fort AguadaAguada Prison which
seem to be tourist destinations. The beach is rather known as a crowded one
for; there are ample of activities that are offered to the visitors. Despite

couples, family outing, or even a picnic could be enjoyed here at Candolim.
This North Goanbeachis not at all dearth of
hotels and food joints. Neither it short of sports and drinks. It is in all a

the many reasons which compels sea lovers to be here at Cadolim.
In South Goa, this is one of the most
remarkable beaches which promises utmost fun and frolic to the tourists. Many
tourist proclaim the beach to be a little aloof and secluded, as compared to
the other rather crowded beaches in Goa. This for some is a propellant to visit
the place. The beach is also counted amongst the cleanest Goan beaches.
The place is also famed as the land of the
best Goan bakers. Goan toddy was first discovered here. Thisis nothing but the
coconut or palm sap which was extensively used in baking. Thus the bakery
products of the Majorda beach is not to be missed at all. The winter months are
considered a perfect time to be at the beach.

In total contrast to the peaceful Majorda
beach in south Goa, this beach is perhaps the most crowded of all south Goan
beaches. In addition to the breath taking scenic excellence of the beach, the
place is a store for endless activities. It offers all that a tourist has on
his mind. The road leading from the famous church to the beach is the centre of
all fun. Though the beach is a recent addition to the list of famous Goan
beaches, it certainly is one of the best. Considered amongst the longest
beaches in Goa, this beach is made of clear white sand, or almost silver, that
contrasts perfectly with the sea water.
